Cancellation and Return Policy

1. General Provisions
All products offered by Oliptek (including façade animation systems, smart lighting automation solutions, control units, and related equipment) are professional, high-technology items. Our sales activities are conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code, the Consumer Protection Law, and the Distance Sales Regulation.

2. Right of Withdrawal

  • Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery.

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must remain unused, unassembled, undamaged, and in resaleable condition.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • Products manufactured or customized specifically upon the customer’s request (e.g., façade animation panels produced with custom dimensions or project-specific configured control systems).

  • Products that have been installed, commissioned, or used.

  • Electronic circuits, software licenses, technical training, or digital services provided remotely.

4. Return Procedure

  • Return requests must be submitted in writing to info@oliptek.com.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging together with all accessories and the original invoice.

  • Return shipping costs shall be borne by the consumer in cases of withdrawal; however, in cases of defective or faulty goods, all costs shall be borne by Oliptek.

5. Refunds

  • Following inspection and confirmation of the returned product’s eligibility, the refund shall be processed within 14 (fourteen) days from the date Oliptek receives the withdrawal notice.

  • Refunds shall be made using the same payment method employed at the time of purchase (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

6. Defective or Faulty Products

  • Products are covered under a 2-year statutory warranty against manufacturing defects as of the delivery date.

  • In the event of defective goods, the consumer is entitled to repair, replacement, or refund, free of charge.
